This practice joins breath and movement into an energetic and powerful flow of various asana (poses). You can expect to sweat and detoxify as you simultaneously clear your mind of anxiety, worry and stress. By connecting the mind, body and spirit in this challenging practice, you move into your fullest expression - both on and off of the mat.
These classes range from non-heated, warmed (85 degrees) and heated (90-95 degrees). Open to all levels - though we also suggest pairing with Hatha & Yin classes if you are new to yoga.
Yin + Meditation
Yin yoga is a more relaxed practice and is a wonderful pairing with the more active yang practice (power, vinyasa etc.). This Yin practice is mainly stationary, allowing many of the muscle groups to soften and invites the breath to do the work. The longer the body is still, the more chi (prana) becomes concentrated in the deeper yin tissues (the bones, ligaments and joints). As we settle into stillness, our ability to become more contemplative, receptive is enhanced. Yin + Meditation will help you to increase your capacity for body-mind vitality and integrity.
These classes are non-heated, perfect for beginners and advanced practitioners looking to add to their more active asana practice or busy life-style.
Hatha is a class designed to give particular emphasis to the fundamentals of postures and alignment, as well as cultivating strength, flexibility, stamina, balance, and focus. There are fewer downward facing dogs and chaturangas, as this practice works more standing poses and foundational asana.
This class is non-heated, open to all levels, and is a particularly wonderful beginning for new yoga practitioners.

Guided meditation is a very gentle exploration of mindful body awareness, stillness, and presence. Each week, you will be guided through a powerful seated practice. This guided mediation incorporates different meditation techniques each week, so you can expect to expand and evolve your meditation practice. You will experience the silence, curiosity and awareness of your true nature.
This class is open to all levels and FREE! Sundays 5:30pm.
